Infants under 2 years of age

During air transportation children are to be deemed infants under 2 years old.

Every adult passenger has the right to carry with himself only one infant without a separate seat. In this case one adult passenger is allowed to carry with himself no more than two infants - one is without an individual seat, and another is on an individual seat, with the payment of such transportation and such transportation has to be paid according to tariff established by YANAIR airlines for the transportation of children from 2 to 12 years old. Information about this tariff is available at YANAIR Airlines or at YANAIR authorized representative. An infant with an individual seat paid must be transported in a car seat certified to be used during air transportation.

A child under 2 years old without an individual seat has the right to carry one free baggage unit up to 10 kg, the size of which in the sum of three dimensions does not exceed 115 cm according to the weight concept.

YANAIR Airlines does not make air transportation of recently delivered women and newborn children during the first 7 days after childbirth.

Infant`s food is allowed to be transported in as hand luggage on YANAIR flights.

The child's age is determined as of the date of transportation commencement from the departure airport specified in the transport document.
