Lost or damaged luggage

If you do not find your baggage at the airport of arrival, please contact the LOST & FOUND / Passenger Service immediately and file a Property Irregularity Report (PIR).

If your baggage has not been found within 3 days, make a list of things contained in the luggage (quantity, description, manufacturers, date of purchase, price) and send it to the search service. In the subject line, enter the number of your PIR act.

Once the baggage is found, we will contact you at the specified contacts.
